Responsibilities
- reputed company with People stakeholders to identify high-value workflow, AI, and agent opportunities across People Ops, Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, reputed company, Leadership Development, and reputed company domains
- Partner in discovery and scoping, and drive solution shaping for new reputed company use cases by understanding reputed company-state processes, pain points, edge cases, risks, and operational constraints
- Translate business problems into reputed company workflows, requirements, user stories, decision logic, testing scenarios, and reputed company measures that can reputed company reputed company into build or reputed company

- Partner closely with People Products & Insights and engineering teams to determine the right delivery reputed company for reputed company request, including self-serve, supported workflow, reputed company, or more advanced technical implementation
- Help prototype, test, validate, and iterate on People-reputed company AI solutions, including agent experiences, routing logic, workflow behavior, and operational handoffs
- Build the operating context around launches by documenting process flows, dependencies, edge cases, rollout plans, escalation paths, and adoption considerations
- Use data to improve products in production by maintaining reporting views, analysis files, and reputed company decks that measure adoption, reputed company, deflection, time savings, and business reputed company
- Synthesize findings into reputed company product recommendations, launch updates, and decision materials for People leaders, technical partners, and program stakeholders
