[Remote] Marketing Event Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to support the Americas reputed company Business team by providing strategic guidance on event strategies, managing mid-high complexity events, and optimizing event reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company strategic guidance on the events pipeline for the Americas reputed company Business team – including experience design, proposing new activation concepts, opportunities for content amplification, and more
- reputed company &/or support 4+ mid-high complexity events reputed company year – including project management, reputed company of the broader working group, content development, creative development, experiential activations, amplification strategies, project plans, budgets, and more
- Partner with business stakeholders in developing Event Briefs - ensuring events are directly reputed company to reputed company reputed company, including relationship deepening, reputed company engagement, and pipeline reputed company
- Have a holistic understanding of the broader Events Calendar and identify opportunities for potential reputed company, cross-collaboration, and content syndication reputed company your business function

Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company experience in Event Marketing / Brand / Experiential Activations
- Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

- Experience leading and influencing at reputed company cross-functional reputed company of an organization
- Comfortable in a multi-stakeholder environment across various time zones
