Responsibilities

- Analyze conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest, including issues reputed company to prior representations, adverse parties, and confidential information
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff members to reputed company necessary information for conflict analysis
- Communicate with leadership regarding conflict identification and reputed company strategies
- Assist in developing and implementing conflict reputed company plans, including obtaining waivers and implementing ethical screens reputed company necessary
- Maintain detailed records of conflict process in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business, or finance
- Strong understanding of legal ethics, confidentiality, and conflicts of interest rules and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review reputed company legal information
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment
- A Juris Doctor (JD) or paralegal certification is a plus
