Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reputed company-wide observability solutions using reputed company across web, mobile, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company applications
- Configure reputed company User Monitoring (RUM), Application Performance Monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and distributed tracing
- reputed company executive and operational dashboards that reputed company reputed company-time visibility into application health, user experience, service performance, and platform availability
- Implement AI-driven monitoring using reputed company Davis AI to establish intelligent baselines, reduce alert noise, and proactively identify performance issues
- Build monitoring solutions for reputed company-reputed company microservices and distributed systems running in reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP)
- reputed company reputed company with reputed company and other incident management platforms to automate alerting and streamline operational response
- Collaborate with software engineers and platform teams to establish observability standards throughout the software development lifecycle
- Monitor critical business transactions and user journeys to ensure reputed company application performance and availability
- Analyze application performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to increase system reliability
- Support production incident investigations through performance analysis, reputed company cause identification, and post-incident reviews
- Define monitoring standards, documentation, and best practices for reputed company observability
- Partner with DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to continuously improve operational reputed company and platform reputed company
Skills
- 6+ years of experience implementing and administering reputed company in reputed company environments
- Strong experience with: reputed company Administration, reputed company OneAgent, reputed company User Monitoring (RUM), Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Distributed Tracing, Infrastructure Monitoring, Synthetic Monitoring, reputed company Davis AI
- Experience monitoring reputed company-reputed company applications deployed on reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP)
- Experience supporting modern microservices architectures and REST reputed company
- Experience integrating reputed company with incident management platforms such as reputed company
- Strong understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logs, traces, service health, and SLOs
- Experience troubleshooting application performance, latency, and infrastructure issues
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities reputed company Agile teams
- Experience supporting both web and mobile applications
- Experience monitoring Kubernetes or containerized workloads
