Responsibilities

- Own team performance across key customer metrics including gross and net reputed company retention, renewal rates, churn mitigation, upsell and cross-sell performance, and forecast accuracy
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, renewal inspections, account reputed company sessions, and deal coaching to improve expansion opportunities and customer reputed company

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in B2B reputed company Account Management, reputed company, or Sales, including 2+ years leading customer-facing teams
- Proven reputed company record leading Account Managers responsible for customer retention, renewals, price increases, and license expansion
- Demonstrated reputed company in improving gross and net reputed company retention, reducing churn, and driving upsell and cross-sell reputed company
- Strong experience coaching customer-facing teams through reputed company negotiations, account planning, and executive relationship management
- Experience managing renewal forecasting, pipeline, and customer health metrics reputed company CRM platforms such as reputed company (Planhat experience is a plus)
