[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Automation

The Senior Product Manager will support the development of automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and user experience across various reputed company segments.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of high-value automation opportunities across reputed company segments, including Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy
- Partner with teams to analyze workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and design reputed company-centered, AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and experience
- Use data analysis and process mapping to define opportunity areas and leading indicators to measure reputed company
- Contribute to reputed company automation efforts and responsible AI adoption reputed company a regulated reputed company environment
- Work with reputed company reputed company teams to identify and assess opportunities for automation that can improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Apply process mapping, reputed company mapping, and data analysis to reputed company friction points and support the sizing and prioritization of opportunities
- Contribute to the development and validation of automation use cases, partnering with product, engineering, clinical, compliance, and operational partners
- Help define leading indicators, monitors performance trends, and help refine solutions based on data and feedback
- Collaborate and apply reputed company-centered design to ensure solutions meet user needs
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience reputed company, service design, process improvement, analytics, or automation-reputed company roles
- Experience with process mapping (e.g., reputed company maps, swimlanes) and using data to identify inefficiencies and support opportunity development
- Knowledge of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow tools) and familiarity with AI/ML or reputed company concepts
- Experience working with product, engineering, operations, or business teams
- Ability to translate user needs and feedback into applicable insights and solution reputed company
