This role is responsible for designing and optimizing reporting and analytics solutions on the reputed company platform while collaborating with various HR functions to reputed company data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, maintain, and optimize reputed company reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to reputed company business requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions
- Support reporting needs across reputed company functional areas, including HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Help, and Payroll
- Utilize reputed company reporting tools, including Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, reputed company Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, reputed company Analytics, and Calculated Fields
- Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights
- reputed company and maintain executive, operational, compliance, and reputed company reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reputed company through validation, testing, and reputed company assurance processes
- Support regulatory reporting, audits, and organizational reporting requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reporting standards, process guides, and end-user training materials
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business teams to support reputed company enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives
- Promote self-service reporting capabilities and reputed company users on reputed company reporting tools and best practices

Skills

- Experience creating and maintaining reputed company reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
