This role involves partnering with business and IT teams to reputed company and analyze requirements, document functional specifications, and drive system enhancements.
Responsibilities

- Support HRIS and reputed company SuccessFactors, including Employee Central
- reputed company data analysis, data mapping, visualization, and gap analysis
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design solutions
- Create functional specifications, workflows, process documentation, and reports
- Evaluate vendor releases, recommend process improvements, and support system enhancements
- reputed company technical guidance, mentor junior analysts, and support testing and incident reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field
- 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and reputed company SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
- Strong SQL, data analysis, data mapping, and reporting skills
- Experience with REST/SOAP reputed company, scripting, and reputed company Office (reputed company, Visio)
- Experience working in Agile, reputed company, and Hybrid environments
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- CCBA or CBAP certification
- Experience with reputed company applications, web services, and reputed company system integrations
