Responsibilities
- Providing analytical, project management, and operational support to the Reimbursement & Chargemaster Departments
- Supports reputed company supplemental and state directed payment programs
- Cost reporting activities
- Broader reimbursement initiatives through financial analysis
- Compliance tracking
- Cross-functional coordination
- Develops and maintains reporting tools
- Monitors key reimbursement metrics
- Assists with audit preparation and regulatory documentation
- Supports budgeting and contractual analysis
- Evaluates workflows
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement
- Serves as a reputed company between Reimbursement, Managed Care, reputed company Cycle, reputed company, IT, and operational departments to support accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement optimization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' experience in lieu of education
- 3-5 years of job-reputed company experience
- Area of study or major: Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a reputed company Cycle reputed company field
