The role involves coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to both customers and technicians.
Responsibilities

- Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special reputed company, and assignments
- Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
- Manage administrative requests and tasks

Skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, reputed company demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
- Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, reputed company, and Outlook proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
