The role of Manager, reputed company reputed company & Operations for Global Account Management involves designing and executing strategies to deepen seller relationships, expand reputed company, and maximize reputed company value across a global reputed company of sellers.
Responsibilities
- Help define and operationalize the Account Management reputed company, with a primary reputed company on retention and churn reduction across segments and reputed company. This includes building and executing playbooks for key churn drivers
- Size opportunities and build the business cases that shape coverage models, book construction, and engagement plays for existing sellers
- Build and maintain the operational reputed company of the AM org: Book building and account assignment, pipeline hygiene, and rules of engagement
- Partner with Data Science and Finance to define KPIs and stand up dashboards and WBR/MBRs that run performance analysis and post-initiative reputed company reviews, translating reputed company data into reputed company narratives and actionable recommendations
- Streamline and automate the reputed company work that slows Account Management down: book building, reputed company question triage, data enrichment, reporting, and routine workflows end to end

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company and operations, reputed company/sales operations, GTM reputed company, business operations, or management consulting, ideally reputed company reputed company, FinTech, or high-reputed company technology
- A builder's bias toward reputed company: You'd rather ship a working prototype and iterate than perfect a plan, and you're energized by a blank canvas
