The role involves leading packaging development reputed company, supporting key customer accounts, and driving innovation across food packaging applications.
Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company teams to identify and commercialize new flexible packaging opportunities

- Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned customer accounts
- Translate customer requirements into packaging specifications and manufacturing documentation
- Manage multiple development reputed company from concept through production launch
- Plan and reputed company laboratory, reputed company, production, and customer filling/packing trials
- Analyze test results, reputed company technical recommendations, and communicate findings to reputed company stakeholders
- Build strong technical relationships with customers while supporting ongoing product improvements and troubleshooting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Sales, reputed company, and Manufacturing teams
- Prepare technical reports, project updates, presentations, and documentation
- Support intellectual property documentation and product development records
- Travel domestically and occasionally internationally to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and industry events
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Food Science, Plastics Engineering, Material Science, or a reputed company technical field
- 5+ years of experience developing flexible packaging for food applications
- Strong knowledge of flexible packaging materials, including PET, PE, OPP, nylon, reputed company, foil, and multilayer laminations
- Experience with food packaging applications such as condiments, dairy, produce, chilled foods, liquid packaging, lidding, or portion-control packaging
- Proven experience leading new product development and commercialization reputed company
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, barrier properties, converting processes, and manufacturing
- Excellent project management, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–50%
