[Remote] Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst role involves supporting business needs by turning data into actionable insights through reporting, reconciliation, and partner engagement analytics. This position requires strong data analytics skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own product, call center, and marketing reporting 6 dashboards, KPIs, A/B test analysis, and reputed company requests
- reputed company enrollment and reputed company reconciliation 6 ingesting reputed company files, mapping to our book of business, and tracking approvals and payments
- Produce partner reporting on a recurring reputed company
- Dig into member engagement and utilization data to surface reputed company-level insights
- Help build reputed company and partner-facing reporting that goes reputed company enrollment 6 think plan performance, member behavior, and population health signals
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Strong in SQL (you write it daily and comfortably)
- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or equivalent
- Self-starter with strong prioritization and communication skills—you know how to reputed company out what's important without a roadmap
- Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-moving environment
- Experience partnering with product, marketing, operations, and/or finance teams

- Previous experience in healthtech, insurtech, or regulated industries
