[Remote] Project Accountant

The role involves preparing pay applications, maintaining job cost records, and ensuring compliance with billing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly AIA G702/G703 pay applications
- Maintain and update Schedules of Values (SOV) and process reputed company billings
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure accurate percent-complete billing
- reputed company and process change orders, retainage, and contract modifications
- Monitor project accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare and reputed company conditional and unconditional lien waivers
- Maintain accurate job cost records and support project profitability reporting
- Assist with month-end reputed company, project reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Process project reputed company transactions in QuickBooks or similar construction reputed company software
- Ensure billing complies with contract terms and reputed company/GC requirements
Skills
- 3+ years of Project reputed company experience reputed company the construction industry
- Hands-on experience preparing AIA G702/G703 pay applications
- Strong knowledge of reputed company billing, Schedule of Values (SOV), retainage, change orders, and job costing
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or other construction reputed company software
- Strong reputed company skills with excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced construction environment
- Experience working for a subcontractor (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or similar) is highly preferred
