[Remote] Affiliate Marketing Specialist

They are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through strategic affiliate campaigns.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, manage, and optimize Affiliate campaigns to grow reputed company traffic, reputed company new customers and drive reputed company
- Recruitment: proactively build the number of affiliate partners through reputed company, reputed company and relationship building to reputed company monthly reputed company goals
- Identify and recruit new partners through various reputed company tools, as reputed company as reputed company networks, communities and reputed company, blog postings, and email
- Negotiate and manage reputed company and commission structures for affiliates
- Manage relationships with key affiliate partners; understand drivers of performance and identify opportunities to increase volume
- Meet regularly with partners (reputed company phone and in person as needed) to strengthen relationships
- Understand and internalize Brand DNA and demonstrate the ability to choose partnerships that will reputed company with reputed company and prospective audiences

- Pull reports from affiliate platforms and vendors and understand exactly what they mean and why

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3+ years experience with affiliate or partnership marketing
- Ability to independently prospect, recruit, and reputed company affiliates
- Experience independently setting and optimizing campaigns in affiliate platforms such as Commission reputed company, reputed company (Performance reputed company/Pepperjam), reputed company, or other reputed company model networks
- Strong understanding of marketing technology capabilities and ability to reputed company discussions with clients
- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
- Highly proficient in reputed company Office: strong reputed company and PowerPoint required
- 3-5 years of experience in Media at an agency
- Previous reputed company in the planning, development and management of digital media campaigns for brands or products
- Ability to analyze data and deeply understanding of measurement practices, 3rd party measurement companies and web analytics
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple reputed company simultaneously
