[Remote] Sales Data Analyst

This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, maintaining CRM data reputed company, and providing actionable insights that support business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer reputed company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Configure CRM settings, workflows, dashboards, and user permissions to support business objectives

- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for CRM support, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Analyze sales data and reputed company reports that measure key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline health, activity metrics, and overall sales performance

- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement through data analysis

Skills
- Two or more years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business analytics, or a reputed company role
