[Remote] Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant

They are seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist I (Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant) to support provider enrollment and credentialing processes while managing administrative tasks and ensuring accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports and documents using reputed company reputed company and Word
- Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents
- Manage inter-office mail, document scanning, and secure handling of confidential materials
- Support departmental reputed company, including denial reputed company activities and inventory tracking
- Utilize reputed company Pro and internal systems/portals for document management and data entry
- Maintain organized records and ensure reputed company completion of assigned administrative tasks
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in reputed company administration, provider enrollment or credentialing, payer support, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment
- Knowledge of internal reputed company billing systems
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word), reputed company Pro, and online portals
