Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university AND 8 years of experience in the reputed company field
- High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 12 years of experience in the reputed company field in lieu of the bachelor's degree education requirement
- Eight (8) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: reputed company consulting, reputed company payment, reputed company administration, health plans, and/or data analysis
- 3 years of experience working with claims and/or clinical data
- Master's degree in reputed company field or business administration
- Experience with one or more of the HIS proprietary patient classification tools such as reputed company™ reputed company, reputed company™ PPEs, reputed company™ APR DRG, and reputed company™ EAPG and risk adjustment concepts
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company and Medicare health plan operations
- Experience with payment consulting, payment operations, and/or provider contract negotiations
- Experience with reputed company reporting, reputed company program design, and gaps identification payment reputed company, risk adjustment management, value-based purchasing, and/or accountable care organizations
- Experience developing value-based strategies focusing on improving cost and reputed company reputed company
- Experience merging clinical and claims data
