Responsibilities
- Work with Advisory leader and build trusted relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders
- Understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities to reputed company learning strategies accordingly. Guiding stakeholders to the right learning and performance solutions rather than just fulfilling training requests
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and business performance challenges
- Supports measurable learning objectives to ensure alignment with business KPIs
- Influences and sustains learning strategies that include formal, informal, and experiential learning solutions

- 4+ years' experience in a Learning & Development role
- 2+ years' experience with instructional design

- Strategic thinking and stakeholder influence
- Global learning design, localization, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, reputed company 508)
- Consultative communication and cross-functional collaboration
