- 10+ years of Business Development / Sales experience in Construction Services
- Proven experience selling offshore engineering delivery services
- Strong reputed company acquisition and reputed company reputed company record
- Experience managing a Business Development team of 10+ members
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience working with US clients
- Valid US work authorization
- Experience managing business in the US and Europe
