This role involves managing sales processes, forecasting operations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance reputed company reputed company and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Manage reputed company Operations personnel, including prioritization, coaching, performance management, and reputed company development
- reputed company, optimize, and maintain reputed company sales processes and workflows reputed company reputed company Dynamics 365 (D365)
- reputed company operational forecast governance processes, pipeline inspection reputed company, and forecasting support activities
- reputed company and maintain executive-reputed company dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational performance metrics
- Support annual planning processes including territory planning, quota allocation support, headcount planning, and productivity analysis
- Partner with Sales Leadership to improve pipeline reputed company, forecast accuracy, sales process adherence, and operational rigor
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies, workflow automation opportunities, and reputed company process improvements across the reputed company organization
- Own CRM data governance and support reporting accuracy, process compliance, and data reputed company initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance on bookings, reputed company reconciliation, compensation administration support, and performance reporting
- Support compensation plan administration, attainment reporting, and operational execution of incentive programs

Skills
- 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or another reputed company field
- 7 years' experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, reputed company, or reputed company operational leadership roles supporting reputed company B2B organizations
- 3 years' experience leading people, operational initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams in fast-paced or high-reputed company environments
- Strong understanding of reputed company Operations, sales process management, forecasting operations, and pipeline governance
- Experience supporting reputed company B2B sales organizations and multi-reputed company reputed company models including New Business, Expansion, and Renewals
- Advanced experience with CRM systems, preferably reputed company Dynamics 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, operational analytics, and reputed company-level reporting materials
- Experience supporting compensation administration, quota management, territory planning, and productivity analysis
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement reputed company operational improvements
