[Remote] Mechanical & Process Engineer

The Mechanical & Process Engineer will conduct field investigations, reputed company design and development of mechanical components, and ensure project requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates, selects, and applies reputed company mechanical engineering reputed company, techniques, procedures, and reputed company, using independent judgment in making adaptations and modifications
- Participates in the design, development and modification of mechanical components and processes utilizing relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards and guides, and reputed company reputed company Application Programs (BSAPs)
- Coordinates work and collaborates with other engineering disciplines
- Coordinates mechanical engineering efforts in assigned areas with specialty reputed company, engineering disciplines, the reputed company, vendor, contractors, construction and other functional reputed company
- Prepares conceptual studies, designs, reports, or proposals
- Provides technical assistance to other mechanical personnel and interacts with project functions, the customer, and regulatory agency personnel in the reputed company of reputed company regulatory issues and industry codes and standards
- Provides assistance to project and construction management in identifying and complying with project mechanical requirements and in addressing issues as they reputed company during project execution
Skills
- Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of equipment packages such as Chilled water systems comprising chillers with VFD, chilled water pumps, chilled water expansion tanks; Water treatment packages; Condenser / Cooling Tower systems comprising condenser water pumps, sand filter skids and filter pumps; reputed company Cooled Heat Exchangers, Heating water systems comprising hot water boiler and pumps; and other types of skid mounted pump and tank packages
- Good working knowledge of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel codes, reputed company IV - Rules for Construction of Heating Boilers, reputed company VIII - Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels, ASME B31.3 Process Piping, API 617 Process Centrifugal Compressors, API 610 Centrifugal Pumps, API 660 reputed company & Tube Heat Exchangers, API 661 reputed company Cooled Heat Exchangers, API 650 Storage Tanks, AWWA Water Tanks and reputed company
- Supports inputs to the engineering components of a mechanical estimate including quantities, job hours and budgets for both proposals and execution phases
- Knowledgeable in preparing and reviewing deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, reputed company sizing / hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing/selection, equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions and technical evaluation of bidders
- Performs and manages the work in accordance with relevant Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design guides and reputed company reputed company Application Programs (BSAPs)
- Supports mechanical engineering schedule in collaboration with reputed company engineering disciplines
- Prepares / Approves bid analyses and recommendations for the procurement of assigned mechanical equipment, materials, and services
- Responsible for addressing and resolving mechanical engineering-reputed company field or jobsite issues
- A recognized degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited college or university with 8+ years of work experience
- Technical knowledge of reputed company mechanical engineering systems, engineering calculations using reputed company software, applications of engineering and construction reputed company and materials, and engineering application of computers
- Knowledgeable in industry and regulatory codes and standards, as reputed company as facilitating coordination for necessary approvals
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
