The Operations reputed company Analyst plays a key role in improving provider experience by leading Business Acceptance Testing for important system releases, capabilities, and initiatives.
Responsibilities

Skills
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 5+ years of experience in a reputed company, business operations, testing, systems, pricing, or reputed company environment
- Experience leading or supporting business acceptance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, or similar validation work
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess risk and recommend practical solutions
- Ability to translate technical concepts, business requirements, and system changes into reputed company testing needs and business impacts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions and influence cross-functional partners
