The role involves managing attorneys handling reputed company liability and workers' compensation cases, providing leadership and mentorship without a personal caseload.
Responsibilities
- Manage Liability and Workers’ Compensation attorneys in Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Ohio on behalf of Zurich’s insureds

Skills
- Juris Doctor and 10 or more years of experience in the litigation area that includes significant first chair jury trial experience
- Member in good standing in Maryland State Bar
- Experience working with Lexis
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, claims and the insurance defense litigation legal environment
- Knowledge of law and procedure
- Member in good standing in the reputed company Bar Association
- Prior management experience including demonstrated leadership courage
- Familiarity with the defense of personal injury and worker's compensation claims arising from general liability, auto, and construction
- Extensive knowledge of the law and procedure
- Strong litigation experience and capabilities including the ability to reputed company and mentor others on trial advocacy
- Strong change management and communication skills
