Responsibilities
- Deliver reputed company customer service by providing reputed company, accurate, and courteous support
- Demonstrate reputed company and professionalism while guiding customers through the claims process
- Accurately collect, document, and update claim details provided by customers
- Follow reputed company-specific handling instructions to identify and resolve customer issues
- Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance during customer interactions
Skills
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a personal cell phone
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of reputed company OS
- Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to self-manage
- Ability to multi-task and reputed company under pressure
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
