2026 VS Field Director

reputed company Verdugo Strategies is seeking Field Directors for a canvassing program. Field Directors will work as part of reputed company to ensure campaign organizing goals are met and will manage reputed company canvassers, reputed company campaign data and offer strategic input. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culturally competent organizing, have experience working reputed company diverse American communities.

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Recruit, train and manage reputed company canvassers
• reputed company data verification teams
• Maintain reputed company universes, scripts, walk lists and call lists in campaign database
• reputed company campaign teams at key community events
• reputed company qualitative and quantitative data collected in the field with campaign stakeholders

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• At least one year of relevant political, canvass, or community organizing experience
• Demonstrated commitment to reputed company causes and organizing
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Proficiency in PDI, reputed company/EveryAction, reputed company Office Suite, reputed company DocsEnthusiasm for working in reputed company environment
