Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle reputed company for RBTs, SLPs, and other school-based professionals
- Manage multiple reputed company requisitions simultaneously
- Has delivered consistent and personalized reputed company that attracts and engages top-tier candidates
- Post, manage, and optimize job ads on reputed company and other reputed company platforms
- reputed company, screen, and interview candidates reputed company phone and video
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and start dates with internal teams
- reputed company reputed company steps, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in an ATS
- Meet weekly hiring goals and time-to-fill expectations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed company reputed company or reputed company role, preferably in a reputed company agency environment
- Experience reputed company RBTs, SLPs, or other school-based professionals strongly preferred
