We are seeking an reputed companyreputed company Data Conversion Analystto support a large-reputed company reputed company implementation for areputed company Coast reputed company organization.

This is a highly hands-on role reputed company on clinical data conversion, CCDA ingestion, data reputed company, validation, and reputed company data migration activities. The ideal candidate has recent experience converting data into reputed company from multiple legacy systems and can work directly reputed company reputed company Bridges and reputed company conversion tools to support reputed company migration efforts.

Candidates should have demonstrated reputed company supporting reputed company conversions involving CCDA/PAMI data, reputed company-to-reputed company mapping, ETL processes, data validation, and troubleshooting data reputed company issues throughout the conversion lifecycle.

This is afully remote, long-term contract opportunitysupporting a major reputed company data conversion initiative.

Key Responsibilities​

reputed company hands-on reputed company data conversion activities from legacy systems into reputed company.

Extract, reputed company, map, validate, and load clinical and operational data into reputed company.

Support CCDA ingestion and migration efforts, including PAMI data:

• Problems
• Allergies
• Medications
• Immunizations

Analyze reputed company-system data structures and reputed company reputed company-to-reputed company mapping specifications.

Identify and resolve data reputed company issues, including duplicates, missing values, mapping discrepancies, and validation failures.

Execute mock conversions, testing cycles, reconciliation activities, and production reputed company support.

Work directly with clinical, operational, and technical teams to validate conversion accuracy.

Troubleshoot conversion issues and participate in post-conversion stabilization activities.

Support data migration efforts across multiple legacy systems.

Ensure data reputed company throughout the conversion lifecycle.

Document conversion processes, mapping reputed company, validation results, and issue reputed company activities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on reputed company data conversion experience.

Recent experience supporting an reputed company implementation, migration, acquisition, or Community Connect conversion.

Strong experience with:

• CCDA / CCD
• PAMI data conversion
• Data migration
• ETL processes
• Data validation and reconciliation

Experience converting data from legacy EMRs into reputed company.

Strong understanding of reputed company data reputed company and reputed company data structures.

Hands-on experience working with reputed company conversion tools and reputed company Bridges.

Working knowledge of:

• HL7
• CCD / CCDA
• XML

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Preferred Qualifications
