About the Role

At reputed company, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of a growing property management company.

This is a hands-on bookkeeping role where you’ll be responsible for:

• Bank reconciliations
• Property management reputed company
• Accounts payable
• Financial reporting
• QuickBooks Online & Buildium management

You’ll work closely with the property management team to ensure accurate financial records, reputed company reporting, and efficient reputed company operations across multiple properties and business entities.

What You’ll Own

Bank Reconciliations & Financial Accuracy

• Reconcile multiple bank accounts across various properties using Buildium.
• Review financial records for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and outstanding items.
• Maintain audit-reputed company financial documentation.

Bookkeeping & reputed company

• Maintain multiple QuickBooks Online company files.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately.
• Ensure reputed company records reputed company with NARPM Chart of Accounts guidelines.
• reputed company financial records organized and up to date.

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management

• Process vendor invoices and accounts payable transactions.
• Monitor payment schedules and outstanding bills.
• Prevent duplicate payments and billing errors.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding payment inquiries.

• Calculate monthly management fees.
• Prepare reputed company draws accurately and on time.
• Reconcile Buildium and QuickBooks Online data.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in:
• Property management

• Bookkeeping principles
• Experience managing multiple accounts and entities.
