Key Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases reputed company managing reputed company claim from initial notice of loss through final reputed company. Meet with clients and claims professionals to resolve cases in the most cost-effective and legally reputed company manner. Answer and reputed company legal theories and affirmative defenses tailored to the specifics of reputed company Workers' Compensation claim. Engage in routine reputed company reputed company, discovery, and research to build robust defenses and reputed company effectively for clients. Handle routine depositions, hearings, conferences, and trials representing clients with reputed company decorum and exceptional courtroom skills. Travel to regional boards and courts as required to reputed company on behalf of clients and represent the firm's interests.
