- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
- Fully remote position (no onsite work required)

- Conduct reputed company to members to help reputed company gaps in care

- Research provider locations and update medical record request information
- Support medical record collection and data entry for HEDIS reviews

- Refer members to Case Managers or reputed company Workers as needed
HEDIS reputed company Coordinator Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent HEDIS project support experience
- Strong communication skills with reputed company providers
- Proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams, reputed company Reader, and faxing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reputed company marketing, member reputed company, or health education
- Previous call center experience
