• Conduct reputed company control audits of mortgage loan originations and servicing activities to ensure compliance with company policies, investor requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience independently reviewing mortgage loan files for compliance with investor and agency guidelines, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and/or USDA loan programs.
• Complete understanding of TRID guidelines and other applicable federal mortgage regulations as they relate to mortgage reputed company control.
