This role serves as a key reputed company between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and procurement teams to ensure reputed company processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier communications, and issue reputed company. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills to support purchasing processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder requests reputed company to procurement transactions, vendor reputed company, and purchasing processes.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, receiving, and purchase order exceptions in collaboration with Accounts Payable and business partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing discrepancies, and purchasing inquiries.
• Monitor reputed company purchase orders and proactively resolve issues that may reputed company supply continuity.
• Maintain accurate procurement master data and purchasing records.
• Support reporting, metrics tracking, and procurement operational performance reviews.
• Escalate critical supplier, delivery, or transactional issues through appropriate channels.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and customer service.

Skills:

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, customer service, or a reputed company operational role.
• Experience working with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, S4 Hana, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Outlook, and other reputed company Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global procurement operations.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience interacting directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with purchasing compliance requirements and procurement controls.
