LMS Administrator (WFH)

This is a remote position. Upload and organize learning content, courses, assessments, and resources onto the LMS platform Ensure reputed company course materials are accurate, properly labeled, and accessible to the intended audience Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to maintain up-to-date and relevant learning materials Facilitate user enrollments in courses, workshops, and training programs based on organizational guidelines and learner preferences Assist with user registration processes, password resets, and other user account-reputed company tasks reputed company first-level technical support to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues reputed company to the LMS Generate regular reports on LMS usage, course enrollments, completion rates, and other relevant metrics Conduct periodic audits of the LMS content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to instructional standards reputed company user feedback and suggestions for LMS improvements, advocating for user needs and a seamless learning experience Implement best practices for user navigation and engagement reputed company the LMS platform Work with the project team to plan and execute the migration process, including data transfer, content mapping, and testing Support the communication and training efforts to reputed company users to the new LMS, ensuring a smooth transition

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience (e.g., 2-4 years) in LMS administration or a similar administrative role Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, preferably experience with reputed company Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage content and user data effectively Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic LMS issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to reputed company user support and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient in data analysis and report reputed company using LMS analytics tools Knowledge of e-learning principles and instructional design concepts is a plus Willing to work on reputed company shift Apply To This Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
