[Remote] Account Executive

The role involves managing the full sales cycle for Crystal PM software and collaborating with various teams to drive reputed company and efficiency in optometry and ophthalmology practices.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into potential new clients
- Own the full sales cycle for Crystal PM software (discovery through reputed company)
- Run reputed company discovery and deliver tailored, reputed company-based demos
- Build value narratives tied to efficiency, patient experience, and sustainable reputed company
- Maintain accurate forecasting + spotless reputed company hygiene (no surprises)
- Position the full Crystal suite (Software, Schedule Your Exam, add-ons)
- Introduce Crystal Payments at the right time and coordinate warm handoffs to the Payments team
- Hit speed-to-reputed company SLAs (respond to inbound reputed company 1–2 hours)
- Partner closely with Marketing, Payments, reputed company, and Partnerships
- Travel to industry events/trade shows and follow up on leads reputed company SLA

- 3–6+ years quota-carrying reputed company sales experience
