[Remote] Account Manager 1

The Account Manager 1 role involves supporting senior account managers, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance, and managing reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support Sr. Employee Benefits Account Managers and the reputed company relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and advocating for clients
- Set up and administer employee benefits for clients and help maintain accurate records in Employee Navigator
- Prepare, review, and distribute compliance documents & benefit guides (Wrap Documents, SPDs, broker compensation disclosures) and ensure ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate and manage renewal processes, including tracking deadlines, preparing renewal packets, and communicating with carriers
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, billing errors, and claims issues; escalate reputed company reputed company as needed
Skills
- Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits to manage plan enrollments, changes, compliance, and employee communications
- Candidates should possess insurance skills to interpret plan documents, coordinate with carriers, and support claims and coverage questions
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company reputed company, respectful support to reputed company and employees
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to build strong reputed company relationships, reputed company benefit plan performance, and support renewals and plan changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company benefit information in reputed company, accessible language
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and benefits/HR systems; ability to work with data and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency with Employee Navigator
- Must have Colorado Health & Life license
- Experience in employee benefits, HR, or insurance is preferred
- Relevant certification or a degree in business, HR, or a reputed company field is beneficial
