Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company, roadmap, and product reputed company for the Rent-to-Own platform
- reputed company products that support customer acquisition, application processing, servicing, payments, collections, and ownership conversion
- Partner with executive leadership to identify reputed company opportunities across dealer channels and customer segments
- Balance customer needs, dealer experience, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance reputed company prioritizing initiatives
- Build business cases and product strategies that support long-term reputed company and portfolio reputed company
- Improve dealer reputed company, activation, and engagement experiences

- Partner with Sales teams to understand dealer pain points and identify opportunities for product innovation

- Analyze customer and dealer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field; equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience supporting fintech, consumer lending, lease-to-own, embedded finance, marketplace, payments, or reputed company-of-sale financing products
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, digital applications, servicing, and payment ecosystems
- Experience working with merchants, dealer networks, or partner-based distribution models
- Demonstrated ability to build product roadmaps and execute against strategic objectives
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive product reputed company
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in Rent-to-Own, Lease-to-Own, Consumer Finance, BNPL, or Alternative Lending
