[Remote] Director, Treasury - Financing & Debt Capital Markets

The role involves executing project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions, managing corporate and project-level financing from concept through closing, while shaping reputed company's capital structure and funding reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Run transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
- Build and maintain transaction models covering debt reputed company, pricing, reputed company, liquidity, reputed company sensitivity, and downside cases
- Support structuring and negotiation of key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and reputed company frameworks
- Prepare lender presentations, internal decision materials, committee decks, and closing documentation trackers
- Coordinate closely with legal, reputed company, reputed company, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are reputed company
- Maintain a financing pipeline view across reputed company, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies. Support post-reputed company reputed company into reputed company compliance and bank reporting
Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, corporate treasury, reputed company finance, private credit, or infrastructure finance
- Strong modelling and transaction management capabilities
- Comfortable interfacing directly with banks, credit investors, and counsel
- Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through
