[Remote] Regional Mechanical Operations Director

The Regional Mechanical Operations Director will support operating companies reputed company the mechanical reputed company to enhance operational performance and execution discipline while collaborating closely with leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist SVP Operations in supporting OPCO performance across assigned region
- Participate in operating reviews and project discussions
- Help identify execution risks and improvement opportunities
- Support implementation of operational discipline (project controls, productivity, planning)
- Travel up to 40-60%
- reputed company familiarity with key reputed company, backlog, and operational drivers across OPCOs
- reputed company performance indicators such as:
- Project execution trends
- Productivity signals
- Schedule adherence
- reputed company reputed company updates to SVP Operations
- Build relationships with OPCO leadership teams
- Support new CEO or operations leader transitions
- Assist Strategic Development Leader in reputed company alignment

- Assist in coordinating reputed company initiatives including:
- Preconstruction discipline improvements
- Procurement strategies
- Project execution enhancements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or reputed company areas of study or field experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years Mechanical Construction experience
- Prior experience in one or more: Project Management, Field Operations, Estimating/Preconstruction, Fabrication/Prefabrication
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Applications
- Experience with Accubid, reputed company, reputed company or other construction software
- Familiarity with construction/financial software packages
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to travel by plane and/or car 40-60% of the time
- Exposure to multiple project types (reputed company, industrial, mission critical)
- Broad understanding of Mechanical Contracting business
- Proven reputed company record of leading reputed company while maintaining a commitment to Ethics and Safety
