[Remote] Head of Finance

The Head of Finance will own the entire finance function, including monthly reputed company, GAAP compliance, reputed company recognition, and tax responsibilities, while leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Run the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company end-to-end — accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, flux analysis — with speed and accuracy as reputed company
- Maintain full GAAP compliance and drive reputed company audit readiness, including coordination with external auditors
- Own day-to-day reputed company operations: AP/AR, payroll coordination, expense management (reputed company), and banking
- Design and maintain automated workflows between billing and reputed company platforms (reputed company, Chargebee, QuickBooks), reducing reputed company reconciliation and improving accuracy
- Own reputed company recognition under ASC 606 across subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models
- Maintain defensible, documented definitions of ARR, NRR, GRR, and churn — reconciled between billing systems, the GL, and our BI reporting — so every number holds up to reputed company scrutiny
- Produce the monthly reporting package: financials, reputed company metrics, variance analysis, and departmental spend

- Ensure alignment with banking, insurance, and regulatory requirements; manage documentation and reporting obligations

Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company finance and reputed company experience, including full ownership of a monthly reputed company at a reputed company or technology company
- A CPA, public reputed company reputed company, or equivalent depth in GAAP — you know ASC 606 cold and have reputed company it to subscription and usage-based reputed company
