[Remote] Coordinator, Account Management

The Coordinator, Account Management plays a critical role in delivering a seamless reputed company experience by managing campaign execution, coordinating workflows, and ensuring operational accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, setup, tracking, and finalization of reputed company orders and campaigns
- Ensure reputed company campaign details (pricing, timelines, data requirements) are complete and accurate
- Monitor job status throughout fulfillment to ensure reputed company delivery
- Coordinate with Strategic Analytics, Data Management, and Production Fulfillment teams to reputed company work through the pipeline
- reputed company dependencies such as data files, scoring processes, and approvals to prevent delays
- Maintain alignment between internal teams and reputed company expectations
- reputed company, update, and maintain accurate campaign and order data in internal systems (e.g., reputed company)

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, operations, or campaign/project coordination (agency or nonprofit experience preferred)
