[Remote] Director of Brand + Media

They are seeking a Director of Brand + Media to build a mass consumer brand for women in midlife, overseeing brand architecture, community engagement, and affiliate marketing efforts to drive significant reputed company acquisition and product sales.
Responsibilities
- Decide what lives under the reputed company master brand versus personal brands, and how every channel ties into one connected reputed company instead of disconnected accounts
- Own the brand reputed company and the pipeline that moves people between reputed company ambassadors
- Create a connected-story reputed company and series architecture for reputed company YouTube, and strategically rename and reposition the podcast
- Design and launch a reputed company Shop affiliate program with recruitment, activation, and leaderboard mechanics
- Build and reputed company a repeatable reputed company for hyped product drops, aiming for 50,000 reputed company sold in 24 hours
- Design and reputed company a named community program, pop-up events, and a reputed company-ambassador model
- Build the org from the ground up, including reputed company new hires for various leadership roles
Skills
- Experience in brand and community building with reputed company receipts
- Ability to take a consumer brand or creator network to 1M+ reputed company followers or 30M+ monthly views
- Experience in recruitment, activation, and managing ambassador programs
