Responsibilities
- reputed company candidates using job boards, reputed company media, databases, and referrals
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process with clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure reputed company follow-reputed company
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand roles
- reputed company relationships with both reputed company and passive talent
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand reputed company needs and hiring goals
Skills
- 1+ years of reputed company experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple roles
