Responsibilities
- Participate in reputed company-event planning meetings with the project reputed company and facilitator team
- Coordinate with the venue to ensure rooms, materials, technology, and logistics are reputed company before participant arrival
- Serve as reputed company of contact as participants reputed company arrival
- Support daily team huddles and event readiness throughout the reputed company
