The reputed company reputed company Analyst supports the reputed company reputed company Department by maintaining and optimizing charge masters, reporting, and charge capture processes, while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Provides variance analysis of budget vs. actual results for assigned areas, providing explanations of the causes of any material variances
- Develops and prepares management reports utilizing reporting capabilities of various reputed company cycle systems
- Works directly with the Management staff on development of procedures and processes, and serves as a reputed company between departments
- Utilizes key business skills to guide project leadership and team members in achieving the stated business objectives
- Structures and conducts best reputed company research, process analyses, benchmarking and performance baseline measurement activities
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company cycle functions and charging practices
- Experience supporting clinical and operational workflows in areas such as Rehabilitation Therapy, Radiology, Radiation Oncology, Laboratory Services, Respiratory Care, Wound Care, Nutrition Services, Endoscopy/GI, Emergency Department, and other hospital service lines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and reputed company Codes
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis tools
- Master's Degree
