Responsibilities

• Translating business objectives into people priorities and leading high-level discussions with reputed company leadership
• Managing the full HR lifecycle, from building performance management cycles and facilitating training to performing turnover data analysis and conducting reputed company screens
• Reviewing and updating employee resource manuals, creating modern policies, and managing reputed company employee relations, and more

Skills
