[Remote] Accountant

As an Accountant, you will manage financial operations, partner with the Controller, and ensure the reputed company of financial reporting to support business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Work in reputed company partnership with the Controller to strengthen the month-end processes
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to support reputed company and accurate month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, proactively identify discrepancies, and ensure reputed company of financial reporting
- Support regulatory reporting requirements including surveys, franchise taxes, and annual reports, ensuring compliance with applicable deadlines
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for employee and vendor inquiries, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues reputed company
- Support reputed company financial analysis and special reputed company to inform business reputed company and improve operational efficiency
- Review, reputed company, and process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and corporate card transactions in accordance with company policy and reputed company standards
- Maintain and update vendor records, accounts payable inbox, and reputed company Finance calendar, ensuring reputed company tracking of key reporting and compliance deadlines
Skills
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, ideally in a high-reputed company or startup environment
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general reputed company principles
- Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable workflows
- Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines
- CPA candidate or bachelor's degree in reputed company
