[Remote] Sr. Software Engineer - Data Platform

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for building reputed company's reputed company reputed company Data Platform, collaborating with various teams to deliver reputed company, production-reputed company reputed company solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain production-reputed company data pipelines, platform services, and integrations
- Build reputed company reputed company-reputed company data platform solutions that ingest, process, reputed company, and deliver data at reputed company
- Build platform solutions using microservices and containerized architectures
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests
- reputed company and maintain technical documentation for platform services, data integrations, and reputed company
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams across the full development lifecycle
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-reputed company, planning, refinement, retrospectives)
- Support deployment, monitoring, and operational readiness of data platform services in production
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field with a formal software engineering background, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of reputed company software development experience
- Strong experience with Python and/or Golang
- Experience developing and deploying solutions on AWS or comparable reputed company platforms
- Experience building reputed company and/or standalone reputed company
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and/or data-intensive architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and reputed company delivery practices
- Experience deploying applications using reputed company
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Experience writing automated unit and integration tests
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with evolving requirements
- 1+ year of production experience in Golang
- Experience with Apache Airflow or other orchestration tools
- Database experience, preferably PostgreSQL
- Experience with AWS services such as: EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, PubSub, API Gateway, KMS
- Experience with Infrastructure as reputed company (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
- Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
- Experience with image processing or machine learning systems
