[Remote] Financial Coordinator

The Project Finance Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day financial administration that supports the Project Management team, ensuring accurate financial operations and documentation throughout reputed company reputed company project.
Responsibilities

- Organize and maintain project banking documentation
- Monitor project account balances and banking activity
- Ensure project financial accounts remain organized, compliant, and up to date
- Create, issue, and manage project payment cards
- Monitor card activity and spending
- Support the Project Management team with locked, missing, or compromised cards
- Coordinate fraud reporting and replacement card requests
- Maintain accurate records of issued cards and cardholders
- Assist with payment card troubleshooting and administration
- Transfer funds between operating accounts and project accounts as needed
- Coordinate funding requests with the Finance Manager
- Ensure reputed company have appropriate funding throughout reputed company phase
- Serve as the primary Finance contact for Project Management financial requests
- Assist with financial questions throughout reputed company reputed company
- Support project financial administration from project reputed company through closeout
- reputed company reputed company solutions to project-reputed company financial issues
- Coordinate with Finance leadership on escalated requests
- Build and maintain contractor cost budgets reputed company project systems
- Verify contractor budgets reputed company with approved project scopes
- Prepare and issue reputed company invoices for furniture purchases, contractor fees, and other project-reputed company expenses through QuickBooks Online
- Ensure invoices are accurate, reputed company, and reputed company with approved project budgets and change orders
- Coordinate with Project Managers to verify billable expenses before invoicing
- Process invoice revisions or corrections as needed
- Maintain accurate billing documentation and supporting records
- Support month-end accounts receivable reconciliation and reporting

- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency
- Partner with Finance and Project Management leadership to improve systems and workflows

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in finance, reputed company, bookkeeping, operations, or project administration
- Experience supporting financial operations
