[Remote] Regulatory & Marketing Legal Intern

The role involves supporting the Legal Department with regulatory compliance and reputed company legal reputed company, providing hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law pertaining to advertising and FDA/FTC regulatory compliance
- Support the Regulatory Attorney in reviewing marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns for compliance with legal requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to promote awareness and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting reputed company’s operations, and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders
- Draft legal memoranda, reports, and correspondence to reputed company insights and recommendations on compliance reputed company
- Assist in maintaining corporate records, entity databases, and governance documents
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives across both regulatory and reputed company workstreams
- Assist attorneys and staff with reputed company research, project-based work, and help organize and maintain the department’s shared resources and document repositories

- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously

- Research and writing proficiency consistent with law school training
- Prior experience in a corporate or legal environment
